DMCA Policy

1. Overview

DailyHotModels respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (Title 17 U.S.C. Section 512) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) standards, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

2. Service Nature

DailyHotModels operates as a search engine and discovery platform for OnlyFans creators. Our Service functions similarly to traditional search engines like Google or Bing, but is specifically focused on indexing publicly available OnlyFans creator profiles.

• We index only publicly accessible profile information that creators have chosen to make available on OnlyFans.com.
• We do NOT host, store, or distribute any creator content, subscription material, or premium media.
• We do NOT display or provide access to any leaked, stolen, or illegally obtained material.
• We link directly to original OnlyFans profiles, directing traffic to creators' official pages.
• All content transactions, subscriptions, and purchases occur exclusively on OnlyFans.com.

3. Safe Harbor

DailyHotModels acts as an intermediary service provider and is not responsible for content posted by users or indexed from public sources. We do not pre-screen content and rely on copyright holders to notify us of infringing material through the DMCA process described below.

4. Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements by delivering a DMCA Notice to our designated agent.

Your Notice Must Include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and the specific URLs on DailyHotModels where the material is found.
• Information reasonably sufficient to contact you: address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your Counter-Notification Must Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which DailyHotModels may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

DailyHotModels has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.

7. False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. This means you could be sued and held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you make a false DMCA claim. Please ensure your claim is legitimate before submitting.

8. Creator Removal Requests

Creators who simply wish to be removed from our directory (not a copyright matter) may contact us directly at contact@dailyhotmodels.com with proof of OnlyFans account ownership. Removal requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
