DailyHotModels respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

2. Directory Nature & Caching

Please note that DailyHotModels functions strictly as a search engine indexing publicly available profiles. The vast majority of media displayed (such as avatars or banner images) are either provided directly by affiliates or dynamically pulled from the public CDNs of the source platform (such as OnlyFans). We rarely host the raw image files ourselves.

However, if our programmatic caching system has captured a thumbnail or slice of text that you legally own and wish to have removed from our index, we comply immediately upon verified notice.

3. Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice and delivering it to our designated agent.

Your Notice Must Include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, along with the specific exact URLs on DailyHotModels where the material is found.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
